  This location is pretty big which is great for studying or just catching up with friends.
  
  I had a mobile order and when I came in I was a little confused as to where to go, but the pick up counter is to the left while the beginning of the line is to the right. I wasn't greeted or anything and the store wasn't that busy for 11am.
  
  Overall I enjoyed my iced green tea latte and plan on returning again.

  Okay I used to like this place but ugh. It was a train wreck last night. This dude gave me the opposite of what o ordered. How?
  
  I wanted a white tea lemonade (very sweet), but apparently I didn't deserve it. He gave me a green peach tea infusion thing. The only correct thing was an the two cake pops but hell, they're already made. You can't screw that up! The line was 20 minutes long and everyone in front of me had to have their drink remade. Really? I'm supposed to be boycotting this place but against my better nature I came here.
  
  Look, just go here in the morning. It's better service and maybe (just maybe) you won't be as disappointed.

  Never go on a Tuesday. The woman refused to read back my order, would not give me my correct change (she kept it), then messed up my order. I asked her to remake it, but it took so long I just wanted to leave. Just asking her to fix her mistake seemed to be a burden on an almost empty Starbucks establishment.

  Super pissed. Wanted a trenta iced latte because it is super hot out. Guess what? The woman from New Mexico told me. "That is too much caffeine. I can't make it." ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! You cannot tell me what I can and cannot order. You are not my mother! If you want to curb someone's caffeine intake, do it at home--not at work with customers! I am so mad. I spend $30 at a time here only to be denied my drink by some chick with a headband.
  
  Let me not forget that this woman put barely any coffee in my latte. She just filled the cup with ice like a fool!  I am not happy! I should be able to have what I want.

  The service is super slow there is usually no one in the store but someone how the drinks still come out like they are riding on the back of a turtle stuck in quicksand.
  Staff is nice though.

  Great service and friendly staff. Got a peppermint mocha cappuccino with 4 shots. Its awesome. Surprised at others low rating. Quick service! Very clean big place with great wifi. Also warm in here its freezing out! Studying and sipping .  Thanks!

  So still waiting on my order that I placed over 15 mins ago.  The folks behind the counter don't seem to care for the many customers waiting for their drinks.  Never have I been to a Starbucks that is this slow and uncaring to its customers.  Someone from corporate needs to come down here and clean up this mess.
